Shipping Locations:
We are pleased to offer global shipping from our UK, US, and Southeast Asia (SEA) warehouses. This allows us to minimise delivery times by selecting the nearest available stock. If you need assistance, Sonovo™ customer support is always available to help with any inquiries.

Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. Sonovo™ orders may ship from our UK, US, or SEA warehouses, and we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

For orders shipped from our local UK and US warehouses, delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days.
If stock needs to be dispatched from our SEA warehouse or other locations, delivery may take up to 14 business days. While this may seem like a longer wait, we take this time to ensure that the highest quality standards are met, and shipping from SEA allows us to offer a broader range of products without compromise.
