Shipping policy

Free shipping, worldwide.

Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are. No delivery charges, no minimum spend, and no surprise costs later. The price you see is the price you pay.

UK orders

Orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the next working day. Occasionally something holds an order up, usually a problem with the delivery address or a delay at the courier. If that happens we will tell you and keep you updated until it is sorted.

International orders

International orders can take up to 14 days to arrive. Some are sent from our warehouses in the US or China rather than the UK, because it gets your order to you faster. It makes no difference to the product you receive.

We cover the cost of getting your order to you, including any customs or import charges. You pay for your order and nothing else.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way you will get an email with tracking details.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel has not arrived, or you missed the delivery, contact the courier first. They hold the parcel and can usually sort it quickly. If you are not getting anywhere, tell us and we will contact them ourselves and stay with it until you have an answer. Email customercare@sonovo.co.uk.
