You are not alone.
We know what tinnitus actually feels like to live with.
Not just the clinical definition. The 3am restless moments. The conversations you can't follow. The exhaustion of always managing it in silence.
The noise that never stops.
A constant ring, hiss, or hum that only you can hear and no one else seems to understand.
The quiet that makes it louder.
The moment you try to relax or sleep, it gets worse. Rest feels out of reach.
The hope that something might actually help.
That's why you're here. And we believe we can offer you something real.
Our approach.
Sound enrichment that works with your brain, not against it.
Sonovo uses bone conduction technology to deliver carefully designed sound that helps shift your brain's attention away from the tinnitus signal, without masking it or taking medication.
Bone conduction sound delivery.
Our wearable devices use bone conduction to deliver sound through your cheekbones directly to your inner ear, leaving your ears completely open. The Sonata 2.0 also includes an under-pillow speaker, so you don't need to wear anything at all during sleep.
Tinnitus habituation support.
Designed to support the process of habituation, helping your brain learn to reduce its focus on the tinnitus signal over time. Every Sonovo device contributes to this, whether you're wearing it at home, at work, or through the night.
Sleep-focused sound enrichment.
The Sonata 2.0 is built for sleep, with pre-loaded sound profiles and an under-pillow speaker. The S1 adds Bluetooth and sound amplification for daytime flexibility. The Unison brings discreet amplification into glasses, relief that goes wherever you do, without anyone knowing.

The story behind Sonovo.
I built Sonovo because I needed it to exist.
I first became aware of my tinnitus in January 2021 while I was lying in bed. At the time, I had COVID-19 and was struggling to sleep, so I put my earphones in and listened to music for around 30 minutes to help me drift off.
In the early days, tinnitus had a huge impact on my daily life. I found it incredibly difficult to adapt, especially because the sounds were so inconsistent. It was not just one noise. At times it felt like I could hear multiple sounds at once, including a humming noise and another that sounded like a hissing gas leak. That unpredictability made it even harder to come to terms with.
Fast forward 4 years and I founded Sonovo. I built Sonovo from lived experience, not a boardroom. Every decision starts with these questions: would this have helped me? Will this help others?

I feel much calmer when going to bed now. It has taken away that anxious feeling I used to get when everything went quiet.

I really like it. The sound is clear, I can hear the masking instantly, and it just works. My husband can hear it a tiny bit if he’s right next to me, but it’s honestly not an issue.

Was sceptical but ended up really liking it. It really helps me focus on my studies in a busy household. My tinnitus is not the worst but it still affects me at times and can stop me concentrating when it flares up.

Thank you Sonovo!
I recently purchased the bone conduction device & I was really impressed with this product! I struggled though as I use sleep hypnosis & need to focus on voice clarity! I recommend it for those who prefer music or masking sounds! The returns/refund process was very quick & I have been very impressed with this company and their customer service!

Frequently asked questions.
Is Sonovo a cure for tinnitus?
No, and we'll always be honest about that. Sonovo devices are designed to support tinnitus relief through sound enrichment and habituation. Many of our customers find significant reduction in how much their tinnitus affects their daily life and sleep. That's not a cure, but for a lot of people, it's life-changing.
Which Sonovo product is right for me?
It depends on when and how tinnitus affects you most. If sleep is your biggest challenge, the Sonata 2.0 was built for that. If you need something for everyday life with added flexibility, the S1's Bluetooth and sound amplification make it a strong choice. If you'd prefer something completely discreet, the Unison looks just like a pair of glasses. Not sure? Get in touch and we'll help you find your fit.
How long before I notice a difference?
Every person's experience with tinnitus is different, so we'd never promise a specific timeline. Some customers notice a difference within days, particularly with sleep. For habituation, it's a gradual process that tends to build over weeks. We'd encourage you to give it time and reach out to us if you have questions along the way.
Are Sonovo devices a medical treatment?
No. Sonovo devices are sound enrichment products, not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. They are non-medicated, have no side effects, and are designed to complement, not replace, any professional support you may be receiving for your tinnitus.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship across the UK with free delivery on all orders. International shipping is available to selected countries, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm availability and any applicable costs for your location.
